We had a great stay at the hotel! The pool was fantastic and our kids had a lot of fun. The rooms were big and spacious, although they did have a bit of a musty smell when we first arrived. However, we were able to get rid of it and enjoy our stay. Also, the location was very convenient. We were either very close to the beach or on the lakeside. We could also easily walk or run on the paths nearby. The hotel was also near a few supermarkets, shops, and fast food outlets, which was great.

Great swimming pool perfect for kids and amazing breakfast selection with both local and western options. Good location for exploring the city as it was close to various shops and restaurants. Rooms were also quite spacious with decent hygiene levels.

The language barrier was a huge issue during my visit. It was hard to communicate with hotel staff, especially through phone calls.

Located just a few minutes away from the beach and the main shopping area, this resort oozes with beauty and greenery. the swimming pool provides the perfect respite for a day-long fun, while the rooms are spacious enough and provide a clean and comfortable place to crash. the breakfast buffet is worth the hype, with a combination of local and international delights that are both appetizing and fulfilling, unlike other hotels that offer the same options every day.

The staff could work on their English language skills, making it difficult to convey simple requests without any confusion.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & wellness centre provided a perfect relaxation. the Heated outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and Sun loungers offered a perfect spot for soaking up the sun and watching the sunset. We loved the In-room breakfast service and the restaurant's delicious food.

we found other entertainment options, such as the Sun terrace and BBQ facilities.

The pool was a good size and my family had a lot of fun in it. the location was great; close to both the beach and local shops. the hotel had a good breakfast buffet with a variety of food options.

The staff were unhelpful and often rude, especially when we had difficulties communicating with them. the rooms smelled moldy and were not well-maintained.
